Amy Mosier

"I am a life-long Hoosier who is a 1993 journalism graduate of IUPUI. A talented architect named Jeff is my husband and we are the proud parents of a spunky little two-year-old boy named Elijah (Eli). Photography, playing piano, creative writing, and reading are all passions of mine. Other interests include gardening, marketing, legal stuff, biking, and child development. As a volunteer with Cares for Kids, I assist with grant development and special event planning and implementation. It is an honor to know that my efforts will help underserved children live a happier and more fulfilling life."

Virtual Volunteers

About Virtual Volunteers

A virtual volunteer is a someone who volunteers their skills and time through the use of the internet and other similar communicable means. Our virtual volunteering program allows us to electronically interact with volunteers by submitting projects and receiving updates and status through our volunteer website portal.

Virtual volunteers can engage in hands-on work such as hosting their own fundraisers and special events on behalf of Cares for Kids, and seeking sponsors. However, most virtual volunteers will implement their skills through tasks that can be performed on a computer.
